Researches Approach: On-line Research

What is online research?

Online research refers to collecting research data using the Internet:

  • When an interviewer via computer or mobile phone access the survey page on our website and fills in respondent’s answers directly in the electronic form of the survey.
  • When the respondent himself via computer or mobile phone directly access our website and fill in his answers in the electronic form of the survey.

We offer the following types of on-line research:

  1. Self-filling
  2. CATI + Online
  3. Exit Poll + Online
  4. In hall + Online

The target group of online research can be general population, different socio-demographic groups limited based on different characteristics, as well as general or specific business groups.

General benefits of online research

  • Costs are much lower compared to classic field research because savings are made on account of costs for printing questionnaires, distribution of questionnaires, field costs, field control, data input, processing and representing data
  • There is a software solution that enables clients to have online insights into the data collection process
  • Results are available very quickly – presented online, because software is automatically processing the data together with demographic weighting simultaneously with the data collection
  • Clients can easily and by themselves create different crossing of data by demographics and other relevant questions (with one possible answer)
  • Clients can easily and by themselves create cumulative filtering results based on the widest possible preferences they can have (it is possible to get statistics/results for selected groups, for example: men, age 34-55, with high school education who saw the advertising campaign)
  • Significant differences are automatically available too, at the level of total investigated population and within different sub target populations.
  • • Results are automatically available in the form of the frequencies expressed as percentages as well as in the form of the numerical amounts expressed as absolute values, both on the level of total investigated population and within different sub target populations.
  • • It is possible to download Excel spreadsheet and copy graphics into Word and PPT
  • • It is possible to download data bases in excel (CSV),and export in SPSS or SAS
